Traction - TBD

  • Godot
  • C#

I grew up playing a lot of racing games, with Ignition by Unique Development Studios having perhaps the most special place among them. Over the years, playing around with driving mechanics was something I was repeatedly coming back to, but with any serious plan in mind.

Venturing into Godot Engine feels a bit like a homecoming to a simpler, more focused way of making games. So it seems kind of fitting to try to make something greatly inspired by games I used to play.

This is an ongoing project, focused on arcade racing with a fully custom driving physics.

This Website - 2026

  • HTML
  • CSS

In the age of countless frameworks, CMSes, static generators, preprocessors, and lately LLMs, there seem to be so many ways of making a website without getting a decent grasp of what's actually useful for you, what's just popular, and what's a shortcut that also takes away all the fun.

I haven't been doing any webdev for quite a long time, and, while such a website is definitely not the toughest of technical challenges, I had a lot of fun learning about what's changed in the fundamental tech over the years. How HTML grew to greatly support accessibility. How much of what used to be solely doable with various frameworks can now be easily done in pure CSS.

At the end of the day, I enjoyed making something as simple, dependency-free, and lightweight as possible.

Flower Field - 2025

  • Unreal
  • C++

A little experiment about painting with flowers, with flooding areas in a sort of "Tron but with smooth turns" way. Not really a prototype, because it was never seriously intended to grow into a full game. There's just something really fun about having a silly concept and bringing it to life, even if mostly to amuse yourself.

Part of the challenge here was that the concept was very visual at its core, but I wanted to be self-sufficient with all the art while having no real knack for it and just basic fluency with Blender.
